Residential Appraiser Downloads

Software For Real Estate Professionals provides downloads for registered users only, however, anyone is welcome to download and install the products for evaluation purposes.

Only registered users can receive Technical Support.

 
Current Customers

Currents customer, please enter your Customer ID Number below to access downloads for your products.

Your Customer ID can be found on any sales invoice. If you subscribe to one of the Appraise-It Web Applications, then your Customer ID is same as your username to those products.

Demo

The products that make up The Appraise-It Software Suite are in "Demo Mode" by default. The only exceptions are Appraise-It Flood Maps, Appraise-It Street Maps, Appraise-It Marshall and Swift Estimator, and Appraise-It Fidelity Data which are subscription-based and have no demo available.

Product Demos are free to download and install for evaluation purposes for as long as you wish, with the exceptions of Photograph-It Plus and Track-It Plus which have 45-day evaluation periods.

After evaluating the product, you may purchase the software by contacting our Sales Department at 1-800-523-0872 to be issued an approval code.
