Fundamentals of Real Estate Appraisal

Appraise-It is a supplement to the Fundamentals of Real Estate Appraisal by Real Estate Education Company, a division of Dearborn Financial Publishing, Inc.

Fundamentals of Real Estate Appraisal 9th edition includes a distribution of Appraise-It v.3.5 which contains the March 2005 Fannie Mae 1004 form.

Fundamentals of Real Estate Appraisal 7th and 8th editions includes a distribution of Appraise-It v.2.2 which contains the June 1993 Fannie Mae 1004 form.

  • CD Drive is required for installation from the CD.
  • Windows 2000, XP or Vista (Vista Recommended, 32-bit version only)
