If you suspect you have corrupt custom skeletons or if you accidently delete one or more skeletons, you may directed to restore your custom skeletons by technical support.
1. Hold down the "Ctrl" key and click on the Utilities menu, then select Restore ⇨ Custom Skeletons.
2. Select a restore point date from the list.
3. Click Advanced to see a list of all available custom skeletons from that restore point date. You can pick and choose which skeletons to restore. If you do not make your own selections in Advanced, all custom skeletons will be restored.
4. Click Restore.
5. Hold down the "Ctrl" key and click on the Utilities menu, then select Restore ⇨ Update Skeletons.
6. Click Yes, then OK.
Your custom skeletons have been restored from the selected date and updated for use in the latest version of Appraise-It.
