Why am I getting a CoreLogic Order Addendum error?

If you did not correctly transfer your report data in the CoreLogic VSS Acknowledge Order module after acknowledging the order, you will receive an error stating "No CoreLogic order data attachment was found for the report" when you attempt to upload the order. CoreLogic requires their order addendum (available in the Additional Addenda section of the Contents menu in supported report types) be filled out, and that certain metadata be attached to the report file. Our CoreLogic VSS module does this for you.

1. With your report open, go to OrdersCoreLogic VSS Acknowledge Order.
2. Confirm your username, password, and order number are entered correctly, then click Next.
3. The order information will be retrieved from CoreLogic and displayed for you to review.

  • You can use the Property, Order, Loan, and Client tabs at the top to view all available data.

4. Click Transfer Order Data to Report.

  • You will receive a prompt instructing you to only do this in a new blank report; disregard and click through the warning.

5. Close the CoreLogic VSS Acknowledge Order module window.

You will notice that some of your data in the main form may have been altered to meet CoreLogic's specifications; you can also open the Order Addendum through the Contents menu to verify it has been filled out.

You can now upload your report to CoreLogic.
