Why am I getting a No File Found error when uploading to CoreLogic?

If you're trying to access the CoreLogic VSS service and you receive an error stating "No file found in storage location/archive", you will need to contact CoreLogic Support. You may see the error under the following circumstances:

  • You are a new user of Appraise-It's built-in CoreLogic VSS Connection. CoreLogic will need to update their system to send you order data in the correct RXML format.
  • Your CoreLogic order was originally issued more than 30 days ago (CoreLogic's system only stores order data for 30 days). CoreLogic will need to reissue your order for you to be able to continue.
