How do I fix incorrect zooming in Street Maps?

If Street Maps is zooming incorrectly, take the following steps:

1. Close Street Maps and Appraise-It.
2. Open Internet Explorer.
3. Go to Tools (the gear icon) ⇨ Internet Options ⇨ Under the General tab you'll see a section that says "Browsing History" click the "Delete..." button beneath that section.
4. Check all boxes except for "Preserve Favorites website data" and "Passwords", then click Delete.

  • If you use Internet Explorer as your primary web browser, you will need to log back into any websites whose credentials you had saved.

5. Close Internet Explorer.
6. Open your report in Appraise-It and attempt to use Street Maps again.

If Street Maps is zooming correctly, you can stop here. If Street Maps is still zooming incorrectly, proceed to step 7.

7. Close Street Maps and Appraise-It.
8. Open Internet Explorer.
9. Go to Tools (the gear icon) ⇨ Manage add-ons.
10. In the Manage Add-ons window's sidebar, find the Show dropdown menu and select All add-ons.
11. Click on the first add-on in the list, then press Ctrl+A on your keyboard, then click Disable all.

  • If disabling add-ons resolves Street Maps' issue, you can use the process of elimination in this dialog to find and disable only the add-on(s) interfering with Street Maps.

12. Close the Manage Add-ons dialog and Internet Explorer.
13. Open your report in Appraise-It and attempt to use Street Maps again.
