Support Plans

Premium Annual Support Plan
A Premium Annual Support Plan can be purchased for $199. The Premium Annual Support Plan gives you up to one year of phone support, or up to twelve 30-minute support calls (whichever comes first).

Pay-Per Incident Plan
A Pay-Per Incident Plan is for customers who need support less frequently. The fee is $49 per half-hour support session.
