Using the Appraise-It Market Analysis Service with IRES

To use the Appraise-It Market Analysis Service with this MLS, you must first export a data file.

1. Log in to IRES and run a search of the market you would like to analyze. Generally, you'll want to include Active, Expired, Pending, Sold, Withdrawn, and Cancelled listings within the last year.

2. When the search results appear, click the Export button.

3. Select Export66Fields from the Available Downloads drop-down and click Export.

4. A file download window will appear. Click Save.

5. A Save window will appear. Select a memorable location (such as your Desktop) and name for your file and click Save.

6. When the download is complete, click Close. You can now load this file into the Appraise-It Market Analysis Service.
