What Is Instant Customer Service? It means that at the speed you can click, you can be connected with one of our customer service representatives through your computer using our online chat service. The days of playing phone tag and waiting for replies to simple questions are gone!

Premium Annual Support Plan
A Premium Annual Support Plan can be purchased for $199. The Premium Annual Support Plan gives you one year or 12 calls of up to 30 minutes. The plan expires one year from the date of purchase or when you've used all 12 calls (whichever arrives first).

Pay-Per Incident
A Pay Per Incident Plan is for customers who need support less frequently. Fee per incident is $49 and provides the customer with up to 30 minutes of voice technical support.
